Craig is Senior Vice President of Property Management for NAI Capital Realty. Most recently, Craig was managing director for Trammell Crow Company overseeing 14 million square feet with a staff of 25. Craig began his career in commercial real estate in 1992 and has spent the last 18 years serving institutional owners. Starting as a trust officer for Riggs Bank with Multi-Employer Property Trust, Craig has worked through all phases of accounting and management since earning his master’s degree in International Business from the Garvin School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona.

Stephanie Howard has eleven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry specializing in real estate property management. She is currently responsible for assisting in the management of industrial, office and retail properties to ensure they are maintained with the highest level of professionalism, client satisfaction, quality and integrity. Prior to joining NAI Capital Realty, Stephanie worked as Property Manager for a national and local real estate company. Her experience includes managing approximately 680,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. She was also instrumental in the development and management of a prominent hotel and an adjacent 200,000+ square foot retail center.

John is in charge of providing construction services, which include tenant improvements, capital improvements and ground-up development. Acting on behalf of several owners, John is charged with streamlining the process and ensuring a consistent quality. The tenants are provided with an experienced manager which makes sure that schedules, costs, and necessary documentation are managed to bring projects in per plan, on budget and on time. John’s responsibilities include the selection and oversight of the necessary resources, budget, scheduling, permitting, bidding, construction and project close out.

Cathy has experience serving clients in various industries, including consumer and industrial products, power and utilities, telecommunications, financial services and real estate.
